Oh was that you? Didn't mean to offend you chief. I to drive year round. But by not taking anytime to clean your car off right after a snow storm? Thats straight not giving an F. Then driving the car while snow is piled on top. Clearly shows me he can care less about buying a broom let alone snow tires. You can just tell he was niether 1 of your definitions.
