no manual ..... same tranny as the auto 370z's, g37's, EX's, Fx's... all the same platform so a lot of parts are compatible with minor modifications to them.
and that pic my car is lowered already on Eibachs rated at a 1.2"dropfront/0.8"rear...

BC just came out with coilovers if I waited 2 days after me getting one of the first sets of these Eibach springs back in January. I do want to go slammed again.
