Failed inspection in Charlotte, NC . Need local help plz

I live in MD and car is registered in NC. My window tint is 30% and failed inspection. Don't want to pay 100 to take off. Do u guys know

Do u guys know any inspection shop that can basically sign me off since I don't live in NC anyway?? Any other way around this crap?? Thanks
