Default Spark Plug Replacement Cost? - Dealer

I was just quoted $600+ for the 100K Service. Primary things that are repotedly done are spark plug replacement + air cleaners replacement. I said I always change my own filters. He said most of the cost for the service is the spark plug repacement which requires removal of the intake & coils?
I'm not handy and don't plan on doing it myself. This price just seems pretty high. I'm looking for input as to what you may have been charged for a similar service. Thanks in advance.

That price is a tad high but not far from the ball park. Most pay 450 to 550 for this job on the VQ35/37, most of the cost is labor (3 to 4 hrs) as they as they pretty much have to take off most of the top of the engine to change them. the old VQ30 and VG were so much easier to do this job.

Couldn't be worse to DIY than it was in a flat 4.

Question

LOL! That's why they call 'em the STEALERSHIP! Yes, the intake tubes and ignition coils will have to be removed, the stealership wasn't lying there... I could change out the spark plugs and air filters in about 2 hours taking my sweet time and using a torque wrench and anti-seize (both items I'm sure a stealership don't use).
My itemized list of charges:
1) spark plugs - NGK DILKAR7B11 (1406) $21.3 X 6 = $127.8*
2) throttle body gaskets - (16175-JK21A) x2 = $12
3) air filters - (16546-JK20A) X2 = $32
4) labor rate @ $60 an hour = $120
Total cost = $291.8
* = you could use copper spark plugs and save over $95, though they would need to be changed at 30k miles or sooner and not @ 105k miles!

I learned this two years ago on my Altima SE-R. I got it done but it motivated me to get handy enough to do it myself next time.
