Break light turns on randomly

Anyone notice the e-brake light "break" turns on randomly when you're driving and the e-brake is obviously down? Is it too loose? thanks

If it happens while you are under mild-aggressive acceleration then you need to check you brake fluid levels. Mine would come on in 2,3,&4 gear pulls. I added brake fluid and it's been good ever since!

Yep, sounds about right. 3 to 4 especially, I think. I just know it comes on and it's after first gear. I'll try that. My brakes are done for so I think that might be related. Any recommended brake fluid?

Edit: I did some reading and found the brake fluid sticky.
