Default Trouble

I have a 2010 Nismo, when I got in the car today to drive to work everything was fine, car started up the way it should and everything. I pulled out from my place and the car seemed like it was trying to die, so I pulled over. The car never died on me it went back to idling just fine. I could not find anything wrong so I turn around and went back home. On the way back I realized that it only started acting funny above 3k rpms. Well it gets up there its like the throttle does not want to give the car anymore power and that the motor is trying to choke itself out. I do not have Uprev on the car so its not a valet mode for anything. What could be causing this? I guess the car gets towed Monday morning to Nissan.

Have you tried to reset the ecu?

Sometimes there are glitches that with a simple ecu reset or just re starting the car corrects itself.

I turned the car off then back on. Car was able to rev in neutral. So took it for a drive arond the block. Even thing was going well till I let the rpms climb to about 5k. then it happened again but this time the rev match turned off and vdc. and I could not turn them background on without restarting the car. I will try resetting the ecu tomorrow
