Does anyone else have this problem? My fuel gauge the last dot under the F lights up sometimes when i fill it and sometimes it wont. Even when I put

My fuel gauge the last dot under the F lights up sometimes when i fill it and sometimes it wont. Even when I put so mu fuel in that it is coming back out. Does this mean i will have to replace my whole gauge cluster?
