Try starting the car, doors shut, roll windows down all the way, hold button down for a few seconds, them lift them up and hold up for a few seconds.

Try starting the car, doors shut, roll windows down all the way, hold button down for a few seconds, them lift them up and hold up for a few seconds. Then open door as normal.
