Ok so update on the steering lock, I used jb weld to hold down the locking pin. The result, SUCCESS!!! I went to put the car in acc mode and

Ok so update on the steering lock, I used jb weld to hold down the locking pin. The result, SUCCESS!!! I went to put the car in acc mode and as soon as I did I pulled that damn fuse. So far so good, thank you all for your advice. @grobie thank you for that last minute suggesstion my friend, that did the trick for sure.
