Default Flippy floppy noises from the Tyco Electronics V23234-A1001-X036

I thought I had a loose golf ball in the car! Except I do not golf. Really, it sounded like a galf ball rolling around under the center console.

For my other car I bought a camera snake. It came in handy here. I found it!

Passenger side, to the left of the glove box is a plastic panel. It pops out, at least on the bottom, and then I can reach a finger in and feel the relay laying there loose. I think it was supposed to be screwed down, cannot tell. But it's metal on plastic and it keeps banging around on every single turn.

I read numbers off of it, and my phone camera being flat could see part of it too. It's a Tyco Electronics V23234-A1001-X036 relay. Google says it is for:

Typical Applications
Cross carline up to 35 A
for example:
– Rear window defogger
– Battery disconnection
– Power distribution (clamp 15)

Sounds important. Anyone else have anything like this happen?

Possibly for the heated seats. FSM will tell you where the different relays are located.

Looks like SouthArk may be right. Probably one of these considering they are the only two relays in the cabin according to the FSM.
