H&R Vert Springs

Anyone have any experience with H&R vert springs. I know most aftermarket springs aren't specially designed for verts. Just wondering if anyone has running these and their impressions. Thanks.

Okay, looks like I'll be the test subject. I'll post pics and a quick review once I purchase and install.

I would love to see this.
What are you going to do for alignment? Rear camber arms are the popular vote or will just new camber bolts do it? Also, the front camber is not adjustable so with the 1.5" drop I'm wondering how far out of spec you'll be.
Since you're the test subject... can you do us a favor and measure the drop front and rear from the fender-well to the ground?
If you see my other posts in the tech section under suspension, I've been asking about what springs will give me a minimal drop. Seems like H&R vert springs are designed to give you the same drop as the coupe.

Yep. I definitely can do that. In terms of alignment, I believe if you are going to do something do it right the first time. I will be ordering springs, upper A-arms, rear toe arms, and rear camber arms. The only issue I'm going to have is installing prior to leaving the country for awhile.

What made you decide to go H&R vs the staple Swifts?

I don't buy anything "just because other people do." Ran H&R springs on my classic BMW and loved the ride. On my 350z, I ran tanabe springs and loved them. Verts have a different weight distribution meaning they should have springs designed for that.

By far the hardest part. Waiting for shipments = Christmas for big people.

springs will arrive here this week. upper control arms are still MIA. Had to reorder the lower control arms since they were out of stock where I purchased them. From the coupe pictures people have posted, they seem to be the perfect drop. Definitely more aggressive than swifts.

I have the Swifts on my 2010 vert and have been very pleased. I had H&R's on a Boxster a few years back and liked those two. I know it's apples and oranges, but by comparison the H&R's were a more aggressive drop and rode a bit more harshly than the Swifts. You will have to let us know how the H&R's work on a 370z vert.

Going to start tonight. Took some quick pictures of the before, of course it started raining with the top down. Should have some after pictures tomorrow evening after I get it aligned. Fingers crossed this goes smoothly.
