Antenna

So this question is for a friend of mine with the 2012 roadster because I have an 09 touring and don't have this problem. But anyways he has the nav and the antenna on the back gets really annoying to him when looking in the rear-view mirror. Are there any Nissan or aftermarket antennas that aren't a foot long that he can get?
