My top wouldn't move at all! I couldn't even put it up. I eventually got the top up but It seems may have a loose connection or something. The top indicator light in my gauge cluster keeps randomly blinking now and I the top doesn't go up or down. I need to figure out how I'm going to get the rear hatch open so I can look at the device or uninstall it.

Just curious if anyone else has had any issues like this at all.
Read your owner's manual - it's your friend. It tells you how to manually open the hatch.

I actually did go to the Owners Manual to figure out how to do that. Had to remove some of the carpet covering in the trunk area and then there were these two metal wires you have to yank on to release the top storage lid. I actually couldn't get it to release no matter how hard I pulled on them. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Anyways, lucky enough after trying that for a while I just tried the top again and it started working again (but doesn't now, luckily I have the top up now).

I haven't had time to look into this but I plan to tonight. I'll let you know if my attempt to check all the wires and maybe reinstall the thing works or not. I'm a little frustrated. Hope I didn't get a bad unit or wiring harness.

Well I haven't reached out to them yet. I want to go through my install process again to make sure its not something I did wrong or a loose connection somewhere. After I go through and check everything and if it still doesn't work then I will send them and email to see what they say.
