Convertable top problems

anyone have problems with their convertable top pinching/ripping the fabric/not being able to go completely down on one side or the other? I am working on my 3rd top, under warranty, thank goodness. Also found out after second top that one of support bars were cracked.

My 370 z has wear mark on passanger side and is now in in for repair because it has issues going up and down. Dealer seems to be addressing issues but what I am reading is concerning. I really like this car though.

I know most of you know this already, my tech told me not park the 370 with the top down,I gather that is very hard on the top.

So, driving with the top down is detrimental too then?
