2010 370Z clear coat paint problems???

UPDATE: The dealer has approved a repaint on the bumper and to fix the "spots" on my car. I'm somewhat unsure of whether its good or bad to fix "spots"

I'm somewhat unsure of whether its good or bad to fix "spots" but if I just leave them they'll just get worse, so I'm having them fixed. I'll keep my fingers crossed they don't just make it worse.
