It can include more than the body kit, but when he said "kit" that is what I thought he was referring to!

There is an S-Tune package that includes more such as badges, suspension, wheels, etc. This is from motortrends site:

On the newly set up microsite, the S-tune package is clearly outlined, with mostly bolt-on accessories included. Comprising the setup is a full aerodynamic kit complete with front chin spoiler (nose extension piece), side skirts and rear under diffusers. On top of the hatch is a rear spoiler as well. Like with other mildly tuned S-tune enhancements coming from Nismo's Omori factory, a stiffer, lower suspension has been added to the mix, as have 19-in. forged aluminum LM25 model wheels.

A Weldina performance exhaust allows for the 3.7L V-6 to breathe a little easier and produce a throatier note. Additional chassis bracing and fade resistant brake pads should give the 370Z S-tune more ability in the twisties. Inside the cabin, Nismo-branded mats find their way into the foot wells, while logo embossed side sills ensure all who jump in know the S-tune is something other than a run of the mill model.

The Nismo S-tune body kit is not the kit that comes on the Nismo Z, that's all. I didn't think further explanation was necessary, as most people know this.

Obviously if someone asks a questions like, "What is the S-tune Kit?"...he doesn't know...

haha OK! I don't want to turn this into a little fighting thread! I'm sorry about giving the wrong answer!

I thought I gave him the right answer, I guess I didn't! So can someone answer the question for him and I guess for me too, since I don't know!

It's simply another kit produced by Nismo -- a different style. The S-tune catback (not part of the body kit, btw) is also different from the Nismo Z's.

The Nismo Z (which also includes special 19" Rays wheels which are not part of the S-tune line either) is a model unto itself and shares nothing more than the word NISMO and its Nismo origin with the Nismo S-tune products.

A key difference is that components of the Nismo Z are not readily available to non-NismoZ owners. S-tune stuff is available. So, representing the S-tune kit as "the kit on the Nismo" was misleading. I meant no rudeness, though. Sorry if it came across that way.

haha it's just the ground effects from Nismo, not a body kit. A body kit replaces existing bumpers. Ground effects add on to the existing bumpers, sorry I wasn't specific. btw I canceled the order on the car and switched to the exact same car but with a black top. I wasn't sure I would like that top for a long time.

Congrats on the new Roadster -- your gonna love it. First time I've seen the burgandy (or whatever Nissan calls that color) rag top -- very nice!

Red -- I'm somewhere between the Stillen w/Catbacks and the Fast Intentions -- I've heard good and bad about both, but I agree, this is a great roadster that deserves a Cold Air intake and good pipes taking that used up air away.....

I've you've not already been to the tech area, there are "hours worth of discussions, opinions, etc." in that part of the forum.
