Nismo S-Tune Roadster

Looks good. Just get the Nismo shock/strut/spring kit and some spacers and you're good to go!

Looks great! How does the paint match? How much did it all cost?

You have a choice of it coming painted or unpainted. The quality of the paint is excellent... It matches perfectly! I got everything from the dealer out the door $1900. I shopped around and had the dealer install it. 5 hours

Very nice. I'd find someone selling the 19" sport rims, put on some eibachs and some spacers, and you're good to go!

What do the spacers do? If I lower it, won't it scrap the kit? What springs do you recommend with stock struts?

Spacers push the wheels out wider and make the tires look more flush with the fender. Eibach springs with 15mm spacers in front, and 20mm spacers in the rear look great, and don't scrape! Here are some pics of my setup:

Hi Zigen5,

A beautiful well-done job! What color is your soft top? Black or Bordeaux (wine)?

Did you pay about $2,500 dollars for the complete NISMO S-Tune aero kit?

My only concern is how was it installed? Did you have to drill holes into the body and use a high-quality sticky tape to hold the aero components together? Or, did you use the existing holes in the body?

Your response will be greatly appreciated because I am interested in the NISMO kit myself.

P.S. I notice that you changed out the original factory antenna for a shorter one. How is the radio reception?

I got the kit installed my Nissan.. The entire kit and installation all cost me $2,400. The kit comes with instructions, and doubled sided tape already mounted to the kit, and all screws. The pieces itself was very well to put together. They came with the screws/tape pre-attached to the body kits. Yes you will have to drill the ends to the body, and some of the braces use the existing screws on the bumper.

As for the antenna, I did a search on here for "antennas" and found one of the members purchased the antenna on E-bay. Reception is excellent!!! Definitely a must....

This picture should help...

How much did everything cost you? Springs, spacers, and camber... Where did you purchase them?

Parts were about $650 ($250 for springs, $250 for front and rear spacers and $150 for camber kit) and another $600 for install. I purchased the spacers and camber kit from Stillen, and the Eibachs I got through my installer, although you can get those from Stillen as well. If you call them, ask for Margaret Lo. She was great!

By the way...I misunderstood your question about scraping before. I thought you meant the wheels, but I'm guessing you meant your kit. If you stayed with the 18 inch wheels and got an Eibach drop (1 inch) then yes...you'd probably scrape quite a bit. But...if you upgraded to 19 inch wheels, then I think you'd be fine. And then your car would look AMAZING!

Again...very nice job. Congrats!

Hi Zigen5,

Hey, thank you for the comments and extra photograph. With the top up your vehicle is just absolutely down-right fabulous! I love the wet-look paint.

I was looking at getting the wing for a roadster, will it just not fit because of the placement of the antenna?
