Is this normal

A Nissan dealership is probably not the best place to take a vert for inspection/repair. They may not have even seen a vert, much less actually worked on one. As

A Nissan dealership is probably not the best place to take a vert for inspection/repair. They may not have even seen a vert, much less actually worked on one.

As per JARblue and gbhrps, find a local shop that has experience working with verts (not necessarily 370Zs) and get them to check it out.

My SWAG is that a passenger snagged a piece of clothing on the weatherstripping/finisher when getting into the car. Might be able to just push everything back into place. YMMV

My problem is it’s still under warranty
And everyone at the dealer looks at you clueless.
