Convertible top main frame broken

Any suggestions? The main frame structure to the top is broken at a pivot point. Anyone had any experience with this? Any suggestions besides buying a frame from a wrecked

I have same problem and Nissan wont do anything. Said I need a new top. $18,000 Crazy. Would never bought car knowing this could break
