This appears to be the link that is reference a number of times in this forum (and earlier in this thread), regarding the short Antenna:

SMART CAR FORTWO CARBON FIBER SHORT 3" INCH ANTENNA - eBay (item 360162567870 end time Mar-05-11 18:21:40 PST)

I actually just purchased one of these recently, based on all the positive reviews and how good it looks, but I have not received it yet. Looking forward to it. (bought it from the eBay link above)

VTZ you are becoming a posting HO LOL keep up the good work. I have the antenna and I love it. I don't use the FM much as we have satellite radio built in. I noticed a post from early Jan. that somebody has a cover that even the shorty antenna won't clear. Obviously you need to order a custom cover for your Z. Mine has room for even the larger antenna. It even appears that it will clear the rear wing. It is listed as a cover for the vert without a wing. Hope to get the wing on soon.

Thanks for the info, that's one of the very few things I wasn't a fan of on this car, I'll be ordering this.

How does everyone like theirs so far?

I like the look of my 3" far more than the stock antenna. I've also seen 2" versions advertised, but I've never seen one on a car.

Do they make a 3" antenna without the company name on it? Seems a bit tacky

Is it normal that I'm able to twist the top CF portion of the antenna? Or is it defective?

Sorry it took so long to reply. I'll bet I headed out thinking "I'll check that" a dozen times before I remembered when I got to the car. I'm afraid old-timers is kicking in.

Mine is rock solid. No rotation at all.

As to the writing, I think mine says something, but I haven't noticed it in a while. Maybe it faded, or I did. In another dozen tries perhaps I'll remember to actually look.

Thanks for checking, I knew it was defective because of that rotation but it functions well so I'll just buy another one when I run out of things to buy

Not a fan of the writing tho
