Hi

I don't believe I've had a problem like that, but these old ears of mine have a built in buzzing sound so maybe I have & don't know it.

It sounds like it must be something to do with air getting in somewhere. Do you see any tears in your weather stripping along that side? Is it with your windows all the way up?
