It's not a Nissan dealership and car is not a CPO. Warranty is some kind of dealership warranty for 100k bumper to bumper coverage and I am considering to bite given that it's just 1k extra.
Only thing that's stopping me from pulling the trigger is it's auto transmission, and I like stick shift. I am thinking about visiting dealer again and checking if I can live with paddles.

I wouldn't get the warranty that they offer if it's a third party warranty. 99% of the problems you may encounter will not be covered or there will be a high deductible. I'd say wait and get a manual if that's really what you want. Don't settle for less because you will regret it and will not be able to enjoy the car that you're stuck with for atleast 2-3 years. Get what you want (color, options, interior, etc..) because if you're going to pay for something, it might as well be the one you really wanted.
Be patient and keep looking, there are many of them out there. Do some research, go to multiple dealerships and have them compete for your business. Even if you don't like the one from the other dealership, bring it up in your negotiation and have them beat that price. At the end of the day, it's your money and you don't owe the dealership/salesman anything! None!
