Wow your waaaaaayyyyyyyyy off on that invoice. The invoice is around $41,200 on that car. The Touring with nav, sport and those other features is just as high if not higher than the nismo.
Truecar is a good place to look but it goes by region so people telling you it is cheaper might be looking in a different zip. Keep in mind if you are getting a car that is on the lot the dealer gets a 2.5% hold back from Nissan on the MSRP when they sell the car. So you should be able to get it a little bit below invoice. The dealer has to make money, seems like your in a good spot.
