It is the base with optional leather. The vlsd cant hold more than 400whp. So it would get replaced anyway with the os giken or carbonetics. So really the sport

The batmobile top is a roof overlay.

Look up on kelly blue book or edmunds for the price of the car and don't pay anymore that $500-$1000 above the trade in price. All odds are the dealer got the car at wholesale which is about $2500 below trade in price.

What ever you do , never pay full retail , only idiots pay full retail price on a used car.

trade in is $18,700 , private party $20k and retail $22,300 . A good offer would be $19k for the car.

Dealer wholesale cost is around $16,700

$24,500 only an idiot would pay that amount.

Also the base model didn't come with leather seats, they are aftermarket seat covers, cost is about $700 new installed .

Dang, $19k for a 2010 370z with only 15K miles? That I would jump on in a heartbeat!

But from the way it sounds, maybe there is a better deal out there for me.

I didnt look that close at the seats. I assumed it was an option he/she chose when buying the car new. If they are seat covers that would be lamo.

My search continues. Thanks guys!!

In most cases the leather seat covers are used to replace the cloth ones, they are only 40% leather and 60% vinyl , most are made by classic soft interiors. The give away is if look at the bottom of the head rests , the leather cover will be held closed by plastic and velcro clips.

And you got this info from where? There are many people on this forum and I personally know two people running around on a TT and SC setup with the stock Diff with 0 problems so far.

Define "problems". Just because they arent noticing any issues with it doesnt mean its holding. And these guys "running around", are they doing anything besides stop-light racing? Have they taken it to the track?

I get my information on this from being involved with the Z and G communities and speaking with people at shops, meets and events.

Plus heres some info for you. I think the guys at Forged Performance know more than either of us.

Limited slip, worth it?

I got that 400whp # from the guy that is the head mechanic and shop owner of Denver's G/Z shop. That guy has driven more boosted G/Z's in his life than you or I have ever even looked at. If theres advice I am going to listen to, it would be his.
