2010 Base. $24.5K Good deal???
I am shopping for a 370Z. I have found one that I like except it is only the base model. No sport package. Its a 2010 manual with 15,000 miles. It does have the leather seats upgrade.
Is $24.5K a good deal for this. If im patient could I find a better one? |
Is that from a dealership? Sounds like a pretty good sticker price, maybe you could get it down a little.
Did you sell your 350z? |
Yes from dealership. It is already at rock bottom price. It does come with leather seat upgrade and the batmobile top and tinted windows..its white.
I havent sold my Z yet. But the stealership will offer me $13k. Id keep my wheels and all engine mods will come off. Its an 06 touring with nav and 36K miles. Full stillen body kit and hood. |
White is the best color for the 370 IMO. Isn't your Z twin charged or do I have you confused with somebody else?
|
No mine is. The dealership wouldnt give me jack for it that way. Said i can put $1000k down to hold the car till I pull the kits out.

24k sounds ok. Sounds like it's the touring model though not the base if it has leather seats (unless they're aftermarket leather). If you don't mind not have having the sport package then you're set; just know that the sport package comes with SRM, a (shitty) vlsd, bigger brakes, and a couple of aero mods. |
Okay I'm just going to go ahead and ask... What the helll is a "batmobile top"
P.S last time I checked the VLSD in sport package Z's are not "shitty" yea their are better ones but its not "shitty" |
It is the base with optional leather. The vlsd cant hold more than 400whp. So it would get replaced anyway with the os giken or carbonetics. So really the sport would just have the better brakes that id be after. Im putting full body kit on so the aero doesnt affect me either.

Look up on kelly blue book or edmunds for the price of the car and don't pay anymore that $500-$1000 above the trade in price. All odds are the dealer got the car at wholesale which is about $2500 below trade in price.
What ever you do , never pay full retail , only idiots pay full retail price on a used car. trade in is $18,700 , private party $20k and retail $22,300 . A good offer would be $19k for the car. Dealer wholesale cost is around $16,700 $24,500 only an idiot would pay that amount. Also the base model didn't come with leather seats, they are aftermarket seat covers, cost is about $700 new installed . |
Dang, $19k for a 2010 370z with only 15K miles? That I would jump on in a heartbeat!
But from the way it sounds, maybe there is a better deal out there for me. I didnt look that close at the seats. I assumed it was an option he/she chose when buying the car new. If they are seat covers that would be lamo. My search continues. Thanks guys!! |

In most cases the leather seat covers are used to replace the cloth ones, they are only 40% leather and 60% vinyl , most are made by classic soft interiors. The give away is if look at the bottom of the head rests , the leather cover will be held closed by plastic and velcro clips. |
I agree w mojo. The base is about 18-20k depending on condition and color
|
I think the offer of $19k is not very realistic. The dealership probably wont budge that low.. If they are asking $24,500- they have room to budge. The leather seats could also be the Clazzio seats on ebay that are $250.
The roof is $200. That means, if there are other lower priced Z's in the area, you can do the same mods. Feel free to walk if the dealer doesn't make you a good deal. |

And you got this info from where? There are many people on this forum and I personally know two people running around on a TT and SC setup with the stock Diff with 0 problems so far. |
