No, it isn't like an auction where the seller is obligated to sell at the stated price.

Surprisingly though some jurisdictions will rule in favor of the consumer and make the dealer honor the price, but that is normally with newspaper/at the dealer ads. Internet based ads I am unsure of.

either way, im sure there is an attorney in CA looking for a Z who might just get him or herself a deal.
