chrome... yuck
I saw those wheels on a blue 370z in the city..... of chicago. More of a polished look than chrome, looked kinda decent!
Nick |
any chance we might get the same seats in the vert. for the 2010 coupe? cuz those seats are so much better looking than what we have in the coupe.

I spoke to the dealership nothing is gonna change with the body(rims,body,wing,etc..) they said there might be a few minor changes. Also, they said there gonna call me as soon as they get the info about the 2010 models which will be in a couple days. They also said yellow is for sure gone for 2010 models.
uh oh, hope y'all who wanted yellow can get in before the '09s go..

i saw the first 370z being driven around today around my place. IT'S KILLING ME!
I stopped by the dealer yesterday and my sales guy checked the computer info and there are still no prices for the 2010s. He wasn't aware of any changes for 2010 and while he agrees that the oil cooler and diff cooler are a good idea, he doesn't think Nissan is adding them. He did say he is hearing the roadster could start arriving as early as late August.
No news yet?
2010 won't be out until Jan, You won't see pricing for a while. And Jan will proabably be the release date, which means hitting showrooms in Feb/March
Nissan customer service told a guy here 2010 goes on sale nov 13. And I believe 40th anniversary in Jan.
40 anniversary???? Now that could be interesting.
I understand, that doesn'tnecessarily mean it will be available for sale on those dates. We have a car that is produced on 11/08 shows up at the dealership on 3/09 That's 4 months. FYI.... I hope it's sooner also, because it's getting scarce to find Z's
Wait or buy now?
I am having a difficult time deciding whether to buy now or wait until the 2010s arrive. Current prices at or near invoice make passing the Z up now difficult. The York, PA dealer told me he could get me the car I want (PG w/ sport) and that he was willing to deal to get my business. Thoughts?
Depends how long you want to wait to get your car, and there may not be any if at all any changes and the price may go up.
if you have the means to wait, i'd wait. even if there are no changes, it's a 2010 model which sounds nicer and will have higher value longer than the 2009.
in my case, i had to give up my car at a certain date and had no transportation - i couldn't wait a few months. good luck with whatever you decide to do. i got a pg sport... it's nice. |
Anyone have any inside info on when the 2010's will be coming out? I'll be ready to buy in about 6 weeks, but even if I had the money in the bank today, it would be hard to find exactly what I want from what's left of the 2009's. :shakes head:
Edited to add - FuszNissan was nice enough to do a search for me, and there are only 2 cars left with what I want in the Southeast US! They are both pretty far away and not guaranteed to still be on lots in 6 weeks. |

Sorry for the dumb post. |
I just did a locate for the Roadster (looked out until Sept. 7- I can olny go 60 days) Guess how many roadster I see?
Regions I searched Midwest Central |
0?
thats what i'm thinking
Theres too many roadsters here and not enough 370z's
new roadster coming soon anyways. Who'd want a 350z?? New 09 350z Roadster will proabably cost more than a new 370z roadster. |

I don't think the 2010 will hit until Dec. |
Yea. That's what I guessing. Dec or Jan.
We sell some z's and I haven't been allocated a roadster yet. It may be aug. when I get allocated one and then 4 months to get here after the allocation.

No, vehicle has to be physically in dealer inventory. Even if you have a Vin# for a incoming unit the system will decline the entry. So to answer your question no. I have vision on Aug. Production which will hit my lot in Sept. to give you an idea on how for out it is.
