Dealer B is the one I've been talking with before, but decided to go with A.

Dealer A found that I wanted a Pearl White and got it towed to the dealership.

Dealer B found out that the one I wanted was Pearl White, but they couldn't get that one as they would not want to give it back.

Dealer A wants to sell me the car for the VPP price with $599 service fee

Dealer B wants to get me a Magnetic Black for 31,500 -- but not sure on the dealer service fee.

You shouldn't get a different color than the one you want; and Pearl White is quite magnificent. In much case the 600 dollar service fee seems questionable. If you can knock down the price much lower than it already is, then that 600 dollar fee is going to be less of a hit. It just seems they want to charge you money for "commission" or some crap. If you want Pearl White, it looks like you're going to have to cave. The same problem would apply to that Magnetic Black one as well.

It's worth it for a Z, I'm sure you'll agree.

that's the attitude! Look at it this way, you've found the exact car you want and when you go pick this up, you'll be one of the happiest man on this planet. $599 is nothing compare to the joy and satisfaction you'll get. My Nissan dealer charged me I believe $114 or $149 can't remember exactly. Even if they were to charge me more, I would simply pay the money to get behind the wheel of this amazing machine! You should have seen my face when I did the first SRM downshift <--- very similar.

When is the delivery?

P.S. good decision on the illuminated kick plates. The base ones are crap!
