Yeah thats high, have you tried researching on cars.com? You can filter by prices and etc as well.

Update. Another dealer with same options gave me 33231 before ttl

More reasonable. The OTD either should be the MSRP or lower to just have an idea. You should never really be over MSRP with TTL included, as indicates a good deal.
