i got one near . its a 2009 Z sports package . for 41k with 7k miles. Is that a good deal for tha car?

If I was in the market for an 09, I would not pay more than 25-26K tops. For 41k you can probably find a 2011 or even 2012.

For 41k I can buy a 2012 Nismo with 9 miles on it....41k is way to much. I would ask why they think a 25k car is worth 41k.

I'm sure you can get it cheaper if you're looking for an 09. Their has to be more than one dealership over there, just keep looking. Also, look in the Autotrader.
