I'm going to be checking out that Monterey Blue w/Persimmon interior. I know that's going to be a tough haggle, but can someone give me an idea of what a reasonable offer would be? I wish it didn't have nav as that's something I don't care about and it would make it easier to haggle for.

I love the persimmon interior, but my wife hated it so i just ordered white on white.

So I just found this thread but I picked up the blue with persimmons interior from George Harte Nissan on friday. I knew it was a rare color combination but I didn't know if was only one of 14 made. I feel so special :eekdance:. If anyone is willing to make the trip there is a private seller listed on the site with the same combination in George for the same price. Car looks pretty solid with some tasteful mods. Best of luck to everyone. Suburban Subaru in Vernon just picked up a white nismo with only like 2k miles but I don't know what their asking.

Cars for Sale: 2009 Nissan 370Z in Avon, CT 06001: Coupe Details - 315297788 - AutoTrader.com

Just drove that bad boy yesterday. Kinda hesitant as it's not certified pre-owned and not from a Nissan dealer, but the Carfax checked out and the car seemed really clean inside and out. Any ideas as to what a good out the door price would be on that? I realize it's loaded and has relatively low miles, but from all the research I've done and talking with others here on the forum, it seems like 09's dropped in price a lot.

It has a deposit down on it, might not sell. I test drove it yesterday, was really clean. I feel like $28.5 is still kinda high for a used 09 regardless of the options. Then again, I live in a predominantly wealthy town, and I'm sure there's PLENTY of people in this town that don't give a damn about the list price and would gladly pay whatever the dealer's asking.

it is very high considering that trade in is $23,700 they are trying to make a killing on that car.... i talked with them and they didnt seem willing to move much on the price, then he told me there was already a deposit on it and i kinda just backed off...

How'd you find out about the trade in price?

You must've plugged in the wrong info, trade in for an 09 Touring with the options this one has and those miles brings up $24,789 for a trade-in, still, $28,500 is still high and I'm sure they took it in for less than $24,789.

I would say if your willing to spend 28$k at a chevy dealership look for a nissan dealership with a certified pre-owned for and maybe an extra $2k. You can even go on the nissan factory website and search for pre-owned Z's in the area and Nissan is offering a 1.99% apr on 48 month loans on certified cars which is probably much lower than any bank is willing to give. Just as a comparison, I paid $30 for my Z touring/sport with 16k in mint condition (not one single scratch, dent, knick or ding) as a certified pre owned with a 5 year or 100k mile warranty and got the nissan 1.99%apr. And that is what it was listed for although they were not willing to haggle but I feel it's a very honest price to begin with so I can't blame them. By no means am I an expert but I just wanted to share my experience to give you something to compare to. Best of luck with your search.
