I preferred my 09 suspension wise. Stiffer compared to my 11. The ecu whine issue was a problem for 09 There were shoddy paint job issues as well as a higher ratio of oil consumption issues. All are easily fixable or noticeable except for oil consumption. I didn't have any of these issues with my 09 so I was incredibly happy.
