Need advice on Nismo offer

Found someone selling a '10 Pearl White Nismo (color I want) near me (within 2 hours). He wanted 37,999. I talked him down to 35,750. He seemed very hesitant at this price lol.

Car has 3k miles and is immaculate. Is this a decent deal. I've seen Nismo's go for less on here but there are none on here currently, and trying to find one outside of this site is even harder than on it. Especially in my area. Also In order to get a decent price from on this forum I'd have to be logged in 24/7 as those things go quick on here.

I've been looking at cars for weeks and I'm just so tired of looking. Almost offered on lateralZ's car (which is an unreal deal IMO) but it came down to me wanting what I want, and that's a pearl white nismo.

Thoughts?
