Buying used 40th - what price should I start at?

I found some 40th and I'm wondering what $ I should start at? The sticker price is 34k for a 40th with ~20k miles. Is 30.5k unreasonable?

For a 40th with 20,000 miles on it, I would say that $30k is a fair price to ask for.
