Is that a new car? If it has sport and all the goodies I would say yes. Roadsters are a bit harder to find. Low mileage ones if you are looking are mid to upper 30's. Got our 1 year old 2500 mile 6MT/S/T with Nav for about 1K less then you are looking at, so if its got all the goodies I think its a good price, but if it lacks the Sport package it may be high. Based on MSRP I am not sure and am not going to go do the math right now
