I think the first order of business is trying to speak with an actual person. Are you calling a specific salesperson or the receptionists desk? I'd start with the receptionist

I think the first order of business is trying to speak with an actual person. Are you calling a specific salesperson or the receptionists desk? I'd start with the receptionist and have her forward you to the appropriate person.
