It sounds like he's playing a bit of poker with you. If he knows you're eager to buy (within the next two days), he's betting you'll pay the higher price to bring it in.
The out-of-state voiding the VPP, I believe it bogus. I had an Oregon dealer looking in four states for me and the price didn't move. Bottom line, keep searching. The internet is fantastic for that. There are so many car database search engines out there, you'll be sure to find the car you're looking for. Good luck. Cheech |
