I got my 2009 same base package for 25,678 in August. It had 116 miles on it.

i see you're in vancouver, is that CAN$ or US$?

$25k seems to be ok but i guess it wouldn't hurt to try and get it down a bit. I'm looking into possibly getting a used 2009 base/sport/manual model next spring and right now they're anywhere between $26k and $30k (advertised).

Thank you guys for the advice and feedback.
the fund would be in US and I have to pay additional taxes on top as well to import it back.

I've seen a few new ones however they wont sell it to me because I dont have a US address.
