All you guys are throwing out numbers but the big question is what kind of coverage do have? The bigger the policy the more you will pay. Dont know about any other states but people in ny are sue happy scumbags! All you have to to is tap some one and your being sued for 2mil! Thats why rates are high pluse its a no-fault state..

There's no sueing to be had, unless it goes over something like $50k in medical. You can't even collect diminished value in NY. Not sure where you get the idea you can just sue someone for hitting your car, you can't unless they don't have insurance. |
