2009 touring+sport $29,300...what can i talk him down to?

just found a 2009 touring + sport, 6spd, 8k, no nav. He is asking 29,300 which is exactly what autotrader reccomends based on what others are asking for similar cars.

He is asking 29,300 which is exactly what autotrader reccomends based on what others are asking for similar cars. I was thinking $27-$27.5? What do you think?
