Default What should I pay

I'm giong to look at a new 09 blue touring edition AT today. I have 12000 to put as a down payment, I will be financing the rest (assuming I get approved). They are asking 30,800. I'm thinking that I could get away with 28,000-29,000 out the door. What do you guys think?

Any tips on haggling the price?

any info or help would be appreciated.

honestly from what im seeing is tht 2009's are going for aroud 27500-28500 so def haggle them. 2011's are coming out and they need to move these vehicles, so if i were you i would give them what your willing to pay for, if they accept, fine, if not walk away. mention that another dealership offered you a better deal on a 2010 model, see what they say. Then let us know. Sorry for the long run-on sentence.

Thanks, thats exactly what I was thinking. If they dont go where I want with the price I can always wait for the 2011s to come out and then I'm sure I'll be able to find an 09 at a great price

Are there any new '09's on dealer lots? I remember Mossy Nissan Nat'l City had a NEW '09 MBlue MT Touring on the lot several months ago... for $31K. Or is that $34K OTD?

If not OTD, that price for a used '09 is just too damn high - it's gotta be a unique case of a delusional used car dealer.
