Marazzi Nissan Naples LIES

I was in the process of purchasing a car from John Marazzi Nissan in Naples Florida over the past week. Over a series of emails they communicated to me that they had the exact car I wanted sitting on their lot, it was a 2010 black 370z coupe automatic with sports package and Nav. I ended up putting a deposit down right when I heard that they had the exact car I was looking for.

The next day they call me back and say things have changed and they wont be able to get the car until July! Which is about how long it takes to order it. Im pretty outraged at this, after offering no apologies I demanded my deposit back. Now Im in the search once again for the car, I had a feeling they never had it on their lot to begin with.

So end result dont go with John Marazzi Nissan in Florida unless your prepared to be lied to and ripped off.

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried any of our sponsored nissan dealers to see if they can help?

SlikNik 04-24-2010 06:16 AM

Yes they do.
I had a car deal done at invoice then they added a $600 dealer fee.
I broke the deal, they wouldn't budge saying every dealer has a dealer fee.
I said lower your price by $600 bucks and then add a fee if you want.
I bought my car at Nissan of Brandon and price was beat with extras, tint and lit kicks.

skip salesman and deal directly with GM.

Check out Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Myers. Marazzi is a joke.

I bought my Z from Marazzi Nissan. I'm happy with the final outcome but I can't say I'm happy with the process it took to get there. Fortunately I ended up dealing with the GM directly so I skipped most of the salesman's BS, it helped that I had Sutherlin Nissan on the phone countering their offer.

Anyway, good luck!

Went to Marazzi to look at a Murano for the wife. Salesman was a douche. I have a G coupe now, but will probably getting a Z for my next ride. I wont be going to back to Marazzi for it.

Wow looks like this isnt the first time there has been problems with this dealership. Im going to look at Sutherlin next I never knew it would be so hard to find a car in my life it is like no one has anything in their inventory.

I have tried one of the sponsored dealers here and they said they would have nothing for a couple of months.

Nolan, you need to go to Ft.myers Nissan, I know the GM & he's a super nice guy. Marazzi Nissan is full of money hungry jerk-offs, IMO of course ;) I have also experenced their lies & poor business manner. If you need help finding that car, I could mention to him what your looking for & help you find it quicker, I would not mind.

Im going to give sutherlin nissan in fort myers a call today and see what they can get for me. The rarity of the car I want is pretty ridiculous, every place I call says they dont have it but can get for a additional 1000 and they barely knock anything off the msrp.

yea skip the salesman just go straight to the manager. I went in and told him exactly what i wanted (black/persimmon/touring/sport/nav/kickplates/splashguards,mats) he said 'what were you looking to spend. i said 37500 (invoice 2010) and no dealer fee's etc. he wrote it down on the purchase order and i put my deposit down. no haggling.

$37500 is kinda alot for a touring 370Z, you could prob talk them down to $35000. Good luck with your purchase Jeff.
