So, I've finally saved up enough down-payment where the monthly payments won't kill me financially, and now I was wondering if I should snatch a MY2010 370z now, or wait and see what new features the MY2011 has?

MOAR down payment = MOAR mods down the line, sooner.
Maybe you'll get lucky and the '11 will have the power folding mirrors and some other bells and whistles.
