I had a Pikes Peak White 2003 350Z Base with 68k miles on it.
Intelliprice - $5,610 - $8,365
KBB - 12,150 (FAIR) 13,200 (Good) $14,000 (Excellent)
Dealer wouldn't make me an offer until the 370Z came in.
Carmax offered $7,500 because i had aftermarket wheels, $1000 off for that.

I owed 10k on it still and just sold it today for $13,500 privately within a week.

Wow, man I have an 04 roadster with just under 40k miles, touring and the first dealership was offering me $12k, the second around $14k. My thought was keep it, get the 370 and try and convince my wife we still need a convertible!

Good deal on your sale there weapon. I will wait for summer and sell outright. I just posted it in marketplace here, so who knows.

Here's how my DB 2004 Touring stacks up to your numbers
Intelliprice - $$8,780 - $11,795
KBB - $11,850 FAIR 13,200 GD 13,950 Excellent
Carmax offer $8,900

I'm going to try for a private sale as well as I have @$5k of extras (Injen Cat Back, Motordyne Spacer, Custom Dash, Custom Leather seats etc. If I could get $13,900 I'd be happy and someone would get a fantastic car in great shape.

Just goes to show... If at all possible never do a dealer trade, especially if you still owe a balance on it.
