I need to make a why not to lease a Z thread. I swear I have answered this question 100x
NMAC has a liquidity issue and to help there portfolio they are offering horrible leases to make you purchase, this way they can package there A paper with their C and D paper and take it to the market to sell. Don't lease a Z unless you can write it off or down through your company. Lou |
