39 Months - $370/Month - $2,999 initial payment.

Leasing deals suck on the Z, so it's probably about as good as your going to get. If you can come up with a reasonable down payment you are much better off purchasing even if your intent is to sell the vehicle in 3 years (especially with the 4.0% loans out there).

That's the new national ad that doesn't work in the Northeast. The cap cost reflects a selling price of 28533, which is pretty low ( but I think it's after the 1700 rebate that I don't have to offer here!)

I need to make a why not to lease a Z thread. I swear I have answered this question 100x

NMAC has a liquidity issue and to help there portfolio they are offering horrible leases to make you purchase, this way they can package there A paper with their C and D paper and take it to the market to sell.

Don't lease a Z unless you can write it off or down through your company.

Unfortunately I am considering leasing because I might be leaving the country in 2 years. I can put a big down payment and purchase it too - but when there's a high probability that I will want to get rid of it in 2 years from now, shouldn't I lease it and therefor have cash access ($10,000) that would otherwise go towards my down payment if I buy?

Please suggest if in my case it would be wise to lease knowing leasing is a bad idea

(I am not worried about mileage limits - this will not be my daily).

whats so bad about the OPs lease deal ? Seems like a good deal to me..

i leased mine simply because my G35 fell on its face after i owned it for 4 years and I have to assume the same might happen with the 370...

i pay exactly what the OP has listed but i have 15,000 miles a year with the same buy out.

im happy

Did you put 3,000.00 down and that doesn't include tax, title, and license which will be about another $50.00 a month on top of that lease payment. Now if you did zero down add another $60.00.

You're going to get killed on early lease termination fees. You'll pay more for the lease either way, although it's more convenient.

^^^ I don't understand why early termination comes into play at all when I am pre-declaring that I want a 2 year lease (and not a conventional 36/39 month lease).

Sorry, confusing with the lease terms of the first post. I've seen some of the new leases are trying to sneak in a lease termination fee. Usually not a large payment, but annoying none the less.
