How much would a good offer be for 2012 Auto Touring?

So I'm pretty new to this site and I have been a z enthusiast for quite some time. I had a 09 touring but then she got totaled

so now that i've payed that off I'm in the market again! I found a 2012 370z Touring with Sports package and 26,482 miles.. They are asking 23,500 for it and I was wondering if I should pursue it or keep looking around, thanks in advance for any advice or comments!!

Check KBB, NADA and see where they price for your area.
