Default Need 370Z Roadster Buying Advice

Looking for $20k-ish, part-time Roadster. Not strong on 7AT or Man either way fine. Love to have Touring/Sport - but Sport not necessary. Either way on Nav.

So, experts - what do you think of this:
2010 Nissan 370Z Touring, $22,990 - Cars.com

Too many miles?
Price fair?
What should I find out/inspect/know before buying?

I would travel to Miami and drive back to midwest.

Thanks for tips/advice/thoughts/suggestions/warnings/help!

Nice car but my personal opinion is that you could do better. Go for lower mileage. Either way though you'll be in a Z which is a win. When I was shopping I saw several low mileage roadsters for really good deals

Upgraded brakes system...

Looks like Ebay brake covers, I don't think Brembo made brakes for the 370z.
