2015 370 nismo editions

Hello all,

I'm in the market for a new Z, I recently sold my 350z a few days ago. I've been looking around for a used solid red nismo, but there so hard to find here in southern california. I'm thinking of just picking up a 2015 370z nismo from a local dealer. So the question is to those who own a 2015 model, what did you guys pay out the door and how long did you guys spend at the dealership making a deal happen?

I am shopping as well. What tranny and packages are you wanting the price for?

Maybe a better question is what is invoice pricing for the new Nismo?

I'm pretty much looking for just a 6 speed manual nismo edition coupe not a tech package in solid red. MSRP is right arounr 46,000. I know a lot ove 2015 owners have gotten them for a lot less.. Just looking around to get some insight hopefully before I make the purchase.

Try using the TrueCar app or website. I did a search around beverly hills for a 6speed manual and found 3 from 39-40k. Not exactly sure on color though.

If you go to nissan website and build the 370 nismo it will show you the price. You can also search dealers in your area for that build and price. I am seeing 41,990 dollars for the base MT nismo. Should end up around 43k for a few options and destination fee.

I seriously overpaid for mine, but that was intentional as weird as that sounds. My dealer probably thinks I am insane taking their first offer (which was 6K over MSRP). That is not my usual experience with this Nissan dealership though, that is the highest I have ever seen them try to mark anything other than GT-R up. So I don't think there's a lot of wiggle room price wise even though Nismo's not as exclusive this year as in years past.

As far as making the deal happen, since I didn't haggle or care about financing, I was done and out the door in about an hour. Maybe they expedited things since I was willing to pay so much over MSRP? :P

I paid 44 out the door for my 6MT Nismo Tech w/illuminated kicks, nismo mats, and trunk mat. I was in the dealer less than 30 minutes, and I also did not have a trade-in.

$4,400 Under MSRP

My income comes from the stock market, and I've been in a slump lately just living off dividends. I needed some motivation to actually actively do some trading instead of sitting on my *** :P

That makes a whole lot of sense why you intentionally overpaid 6K for the car. Backward thinking if you ask me.

I bet your e-penor is a foot long too!:yum:

lol, no. I'm serious though. I have a lot of investments, but I have discovered lately that I am also very lazy. I don't like that side of myself one bit, but sadly it takes losing money to motivate me to do anything.

Nevertheless, like I said, I've been to that Nissan dealership many times before and the only car that was marked up more than this one was a 2009 GT-R (about $20K above MSRP). Everything else, including a 350Z has come in very close to MSRP before negotiation.

That's nuts! MSRP for that car is around 43,200 with mats, trunk mat, illuminated kick plates. Add destination charge and taxes to that price. You should have gotten it for around the 43 or 44 mark out the door.

Please tell me you didn't get it from Sutherlin Nissan also. Those sales guys are asses.
