Me too... I passed on the sport package for the same reason but did later upgrade to 19" wheels.

Schrute, did you install the front & rear overlays yourself or a shop do it?

schrute 04-17-2010 03:58 PM

Bat's installer Shawn (import roller) did them for me.

rhood 06-26-2010 10:23 AM

Hey Vegitto, What are the small color matched pieces on the front bumper under the head lights?

KakimotoRift 06-27-2010 02:53 AM

headlight washer

Nitex 07-02-2010 10:42 AM

schrute, man that last pic makes it look like your FI exhaust is almost touching the ground, do you ever scrape?

Reason i went with stillen over FI is because i want a drop on coils. I think the FI looks much better though.

is this color subject to swirl marks?
thats the only thing holding me back from this color is not knowing

370Zapper 07-06-2010 07:20 AM

I think no matter what color you get, you can see swirl marks at the right angle. Personally, after a good wash a wax, I don't see them on my PG.

PG is a great color for helping to hide defects of any sort.

StanceDc5 07-06-2010 07:54 AM

thanks for a quick reply
like i understand that ur gonna see them but are they easily hidable?coming from a black car i def. dont want to deal with them.

370Zapper 07-06-2010 08:01 AM

If you are coming from a black car, you will be happy with how the PG color hides them. When looking closely at the PG, it is quite sparkly/glittery which, like I said before, will help hide imperfections.

I choose it since it looks the best IMO . It also hides dirt when when I don't get around to washing her.

StanceDc5 07-06-2010 08:15 AM

thanks again for the help man
added rep for not reaming me a new one for n00b questions :tiphat:

370Zapper 07-06-2010 08:16 AM

agreed Kevs Z is flat out sexy... best color also! But... hate to say kev they didnt really color match your sunline kit very well... Its definately a different shade. I still think your car is amazing though!

unless its just the lighting effects from the pics.. I noticed it the most on the pics inside your audi shop.
